| cannot market a Nordic Inn located in a state already represented on this site; and |
| must agree to annual membership dues of $295, payable by September 1st (properties or businesses joining after Sept 1st will be assessed a fee of $25 per month for the remainder of the year). |

| a domain name to a fully-optimized website that you can use to market and promote your business or property; |
| a simple, uncluttered website where clients can find you almost instantly; |
| the flexibility to have a second url which many people will automatically use to search for your property or business; |
| a website that will direct visitors to you and not to your competitors; |
| a website that promises you there will be no pop-ups, banners, or advertisements EVER; |
| a venue for you to receive additional business with no commissions EVER; |
| three different formats in which a client can find you on our homepage (map, list, and pictures); |
| a guarantee that as long as your dues are kept current and you continue to be affiliated with a Nordic Inn business or property, you will not be bumped from this site; |
| a guarantee that we will honor your initial annual membership rate with no increases, for three years; and |
| our promise that you will not have to compete with other businesses or properties within your state with similar names. |
When you become a member, we:
| hyperlink your state on the map on our homepage with your url (when the mouse hovers over your state, your property/business name will also be highlighted); |
| hyperlink your alphabetically listed name on our homepage to your url; and |
| insert one picture of your logo or property on our home page, which is also hyperlinked to your url (property pictures will be inserted in the order of when members join NordicInn.com; annually, these pictures will be re-arranged in the order of when membership dues are received). |
